Kitchenette Efficiency Units: Our 22 two-room Kitchenette units have been recently renovated and offer new full bathrooms, new kitchen area complete with table and 4 chairs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, two burner stove, sink, dishes-glasses-silverware for 4 people, pots and pans. The living room features double futon couch and chair (pictured right), Television and VCR. Guests here enjoy a common deck with deck chairs. These apartment units can accommodate up to 4 guests. Each unit has a separate bedroom with a queen or twin beds (which we can make up as a king if requested in advance), and double futon bed in the living room. Other amenities include individually controlled heat, air conditioning, HBO, VCR, and wireless or CAD 5 high speed Internet.  Ocean
Front BuildingWe have 9 Ocean Front rooms located in the main house. These rooms offer sweeping ocean views with private or common decks. For your additional convenience, these rooms also have their own refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Of course they have individually controlled heat, Air Conditioning (not that we need it here on the ocean in Maine), wireless high speed Internet, HBO, and deck chairs. Bedding in this building: 3 rooms with a queen bed and trundle bed (2 twins), 3 rooms with a queen bed, 2 rooms with two double beds and 1 room with a king bed.  Jacuzzi
Rooms Building Our 4 Jacuzzi Rooms are located nearest the beach and adjacent to the pool and hot tub. These rooms all offer private decks and ocean views. 3 of these rooms have a queen bed with a partition separating it from the double futon (couch/bed). These 3 rooms can accommodate  4
guests. One of these rooms sits next to the sand dunes with
a stunning 3 sided ocean view. With a queen bed and table
with 2 chairs, it accommodates 2 guests. All of these rooms feature individually controlled heat, air conditioning, wireless high speed Internet, HBO, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, bathroom with a shower, and deck chairs. The Grand Suite This new 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Suite includes a full living room, a day room, dining area with gas fireplace, full kitchen including dishwasher and laundry, private barbecue and deck. Pricing is based on 4 people but suite will sleep 10 guests. During full and peak season Sat to Sat 7-Night reservations only in this Suite.
